What is your Return & Exchange Policy?

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in original packaging.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days..

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


My order was damaged, what can I do?

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 4 days of delivery with photos. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund.


What items are not eligible for returns?
